ROOM #1
A cozy getaway for up to two guests, this room features one queen sized bed, a full-sized bathroom, and its own private entrance. The room’s entrance is level with no steps for easier access. You can also enjoy the balcony out the back shared with Room #2 or enjoy the warm breeze on the patio out front.

Gorgeous headboards, tables, and chairs help this room cultivate an authentic Amish experience. This room is suitable for two guests, with one queen sized bed, a full bath, and a private level entrance with no steps. A shared balcony out the back is a great way to relax at the end of the day or enjoy the front patio with lots of beautiful flowers.

There is parking available right up to the level entrance of this room. An outside stairway leads to the kitchen/dining area. A patio with chairs and a picnic table is also available to this room.

Sugar Maple Cottage
SUGAR MAPLE COTTAGE is nestled right behind Jake n’ Ivy’s Bed and Breakfast.
The Cottage is handicap accessible, with one bathroom and two bedrooms that have one queen size bed in each room.
The bathroom is equipped with a full-size shower.
The kitchen/dining area has a table and four chairs and a nice size living room with a TV available with your own subscription.

Sugar Maple Cottage
Located in a quiet and safe neighborhood on the west edge of Berlin, Sugar Maple Cottage is a 1,008 sq. ft. fully equipped cottage with two-bedrooms, one bath, full shower, washer/dryer, refrigerator, stove, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, furnished dining and living room. It has an attached 336 sq. ft. heated one-car garage. This cottage is on the same property as Jake n’ Ivy’s Bed and Breakfast.
The cottage is located close to downtown Berlin where there’s lots of shopping, restaurants and seasonal activities. Rails to Trails in Millersburg is a 10-minute drive where you can enjoy walking or bike riding.
